What might the past sound like through ears of today? After Motets invites you into a conversation across centuries, as composer Daniel Knaggs responds to Renaissance masterpieces with new motets he wrote after or in response to them. The result is a rich tapestry of reflection and reimagining sung by the Cor Mundi Chamber Choir.

Each of Knaggs’s motets will be sung alongside their counterparts composed by Tallis, Victoria, Guerrero, Isaac, Manchicourt, and more.
